Kitchen Remodel And Fireplace Install
After looking at several contractors and builders in the area my husband and I hired Top Choice Builders for our kitchen remodel and fireplace install and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. The quality of work, attention to detail, and communication has far surpassed what we could have hoped for.
We started the process with an idea in our heads and some Pinterest photos and they were able to transform our home into exactly what I was looking for. Todd & Jason met us at different design centers, tile stores, showrooms, etc., until we found the perfect materials for our project. They also would offer suggestions for the style, function & to help keep us on budget. We knew that they had several other projects going on at the same time, but we always felt like the only customer.
All of the employees and contractors who have been working on our project have been kind, courteous, and on time. The men and women who have been working on our remodel are very friendly, polite & they clean the space when they are done for the day so that we are not put out.
We have never had to question where we were at in the process as their communication & honesty has been top notch. We understand that things happen outside of the builders control that may affect timeline etc., but we aren’t left questioning the process because we haven’t been left in the dark regarding the status.
We would truly recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done on their home. You will not be disappointed with the attention you receive and the quality that you get in the finished product. We are looking forward to more projects in our home and will continue to look for Top Choice Builders for all our future needs.

Commercial Office Build
Todd and his team just finished up the complete remodel of our bathroom and we are so happy with the way it turned out. Todd and Heather were so wonderful to work with. When it came time to describe what we were looking for, they listened to our ideas and then helped us design exactly what we dreamed of. Heather was amazing to work with on the design selections. She was able to look around our home to see my preferred decorating style and used that to pick out the exact tile, vanity, and flooring that I would have if I had gone to the showroom myself.
The bathroom was our second project with Top Choice. They also remodeled our kitchen in the late summer of 2016. I can’t even describe how beautiful it turned out! We had a vision in mind and they surpassed our expectations completely! I love to cook and bake, and I now have my dream kitchen in which to do it.
As far as their team goes, I have never met more friendly and professional workers! Everyone that works for Top Choice is Top Notch! Each person seems to have the best interest of the customers in mind. The quality of their work is outstanding!
This is a family business with family values. Todd’s father even came out to help on our projects. Their business is filled with people that take pride in their work, always have the customer’s satisfaction in mind, have high integrity and are just plain ole’ good people.

Excellent. I hired Top Choice to handle commercial work at multiple office buildings. At a commercial location we usually need work done for the most inexpensive cost and with very little time to complete.
Todd and Jason have not only managed to accomplish both aspects of the commercial side but also complete the work with the highest craftsmanship needed for the work. After learning Todd’s background in building and construction, I often rely on his knowledge to provide solutions to difficult questions that come up during different jobs.
So, if you are needing work done, do yourself a favor and call Top Choice and at least speak with them about your needs you’ll be impressed as I am with this company.

I hired Top Choice Builders to build a roof over my deck. Not only did they help me design it but gave me excellent suggestions that I would have thought of later and regretted not doing.
The crew was fabulous. They worked nonstop all day in heat advisory weather. Crazy high temps and humidity. Poor guys. Not one complaint. They were extremely neat, friendly, polite and considerate. I was well informed on the progress daily.
The over hang turned out far nicer the pictures I had of it in my head. We love it and are so happy we chose Top Choice Builders. I highly recommend them for all your building needs.
